Sell DARO Clinical — a modern EMR with a built-in AI scribe — to owner-run chiropractic, physical therapy, podiatry, behavioral health and primary care practices in your part of Florida. You own your territory, work directly with practice owners, and earn recurring commission every month your practices stay. We are hiring across the state: Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Miami, West Palm Beach, Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Lakeland, Melbourne, Ocala, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Pensacola.

What you'll do
- Call, visit and follow up with practice owners in your territory
- Run short demos from our sample practices — no technical skills needed
- Send quotes from your portal and follow each one to a signed deal
- Keep your pipeline current and hand new customers to onboarding
Who you are
- 2+ years selling to medical practices — software, billing, devices or practice management
- Comfortable with commission-only pay and building your own pipeline
- Self-directed: you plan your own week and do not need someone checking in
- Based in Florida and willing to visit practices in person
Pay
Commission only, uncapped: 50% of each collected setup fee, an upfront bonus equal to one month of the practice's subscription, 15% of every monthly payment for the first 12 months, then 5% for as long as the practice stays. Example: one practice on our $229/month plan pays you about $916 in year one, then $11.45 every month after. Rates step up as you advance. Commission is released after a 60-day collection window; there is no guaranteed income.
