Fax in every Clinical plan, your way
Pick one: DARO Fax at $15 a month per fax number with 100 pages included, then $0.10 a page. Bring your own fax service (Phaxio, SRFax, Documo or Sinch), which costs $0 from DARO. Or no e-fax for now. Every option lets you send plans of care, shoe statements, narratives and referral packets with the right cover sheet, file what comes back to the chart, and track every signature you’re waiting on.

Quotede-Prescribing and automated lab or imaging feeds are partner add-ons, not included on day one. They roll out on a schedule agreed with each practice once the partner agreement is signed, and are never charged before they work.
The details
- What counts as a provider seat?
- Anyone who prescribes, attests or signs a note — physicians, chiropractors, NPs, PAs. Front desk and billing staff work on a $29 Staff seat; nurses, MAs and therapists who chart work on a $49 Clinical Associate seat. Every provider seat includes 3 team seats, and 1 of them can be a Clinical Associate.
- How does the trial work?
- 7 days, card up front, cancel any time inside the billing screen. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- Is there a setup fee?
- A one-time fee covers guided setup, importing your patients, your visit types and prices, and a live training session. It is charged with your first payment after the trial, refunded in full if you cancel within 30 days, and waived when you pay annually. A full legacy-chart transfer is a separate one-time service at $499.
- What happens if a subscription lapses?
- The practice drops to read-only export access. Records stay reachable — patient charts are never held behind a paywall.
